    Hello John
    Yes; all the "re" words apply when a planet is retrograde so you can go back and renegotiate, reapply, review, renew and so on. Of course Venus rules money and relationships so you have an opportunity to review those matters. Additionally the supportive aspects today - Sun sextile Jupiter - add to the possibility of success. A very good question John.
