The Moon in Taurus favors methods that are tried and true. With a good presentation you should be able to attract the financial support you need. The early hours are best since the Moon turns void at 1:19 PM eastern time and remains so until 5:47 PM. When the Moon is void people are distracted and plans often go awry. It is not a good time to initiate something new.
